Due to the pandemic, most children in orphanages have been neglected. We at Punchi Actors put together care packs for children in orphanages (medicine, dry rations and toiletries) as most of them didn’t have access to aid. We were able to donate supplies to over 40 children and deposit cash to the accounts of several orphanages as due to safety reasons they didn’t want to accept tangible items and preferred to buy it themselves.
